All of our clients are put through an evaluation followed by a workout and are then progressed according to their individual needs. Our entire team of personal trainers are certified/and or degreed in the field of exercise science. Each trainer has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of one-on-one training.

Justin grew up on Long Island and went to college in Cortland, NY where he studied Exercise Science and Physical Education. Justin moved to Naples in August of 2011 with his girlfriend, Meghan, who attends Law school. He is very close with his family and enjoys the limited time he gets to spend with them. His motivation for working out came from his good friend and workout partner who was killed in Afghanistan in April of 2010.

Holly was raised right here in Naples Florida! She attended Barron Collier, then went to UCF where she played division 1 golf for four years. Steve was born into a military family. Moving across six states, and eventually landing in Ohio. After a short while Steve delved into Martial Arts which led to a holistic based lifestyle. This carried through his professional career and helped him become educated in massage therapy and personal training. After many years of changing lives Steve has found a new home at Naples Family Fitness. Excited and eager to challenge anyone ready, and hopefully leave a lasting impression!

Chris grew up just outside of Boston, Ma . His love and interest for fitness began at the age of 13 years old. His friends noticed his physical changes and dedication to exercising so they began training with him. This continued through college where he was asked to train his hockey teammates at Salem State. Personal training then became a natural career choice. Chris moved to Naples Florida to be closer to his family. He brings the same approach to training his clients as he does himself. Trish has been married for 21 years to Michael Dutra (the greatest Frank Sinatra tribute singer in the world) and has a beautiful boxer named Ava Gardner Dutra. Trish has trained for and competed in two figure competitions. She placed 2nd overall at the World Finals in November 2012 which took place in Miami.

Tyler was born and raised in Northern Vermont. He moved to Naples shortly after graduating college to escape the long, cold winters of VT and soak up the sun! His motivation for implementing excellent nutrition into his lifestyle came from unhealthy eating habits as a kid. His motivation for exercise came from playing Lacrosse, Soccer, and Tennis in high school and college and also his passion for Professional Wrestling.
